Volga-Dnepr delivers 11 generators to Madagascar
On-board a series of six An-124-100 freighter flights, Volga-Dnepr delivered 11 generators to Antananarivo, the capital city of Madagascar. The flights were completed over a 14-day period from the island of Mauritius on behalf of Kupa Proje Tasimacilik Ve Lojistik, a Turkish freight forwarder. The International Air Cargo Association (TIACA) has announced its new secretary general, will be Vladimir Zubkov, replacing Doug Brittin, who retires at the end of the year. A turbine runner and tooling weighing 115 tonnes and destined for the Ust-Srednekanskaya hydroelectric power station has arrived safely at Sokol Airport in Magadan, Russia, onboard a Volga-Dnepr Airlines’ An-124-100 ‘Ruslan’ freighter.
