A large aircraft production component for a B767 has been delivered to Paine Field Airport, Washington, onboard a Volga-Dnepr Airlines’ An-124-100 under the long-term logistics support agreement between Boeing and Volga-Dnepr Group. DB Schenker, Lufthansa Cargo on track to save 20,000 tonnes of CO2
After five years of a strategic partnership between transportation and logistics company DB Schenker and air freight specialist Lufthansa Cargo, both companies have saved 10,000 tonnes of carbon dioxide with another 10,000 tonnes expected to follow by 2020. WFS wins PIA contract for cargo handling, trucking in UK
Worldwide Flight Services (WFS) has won a three-year contract to provide cargo handling and trucking services for Pakistan International Airlines (PIA) in the UK. WFS will handle export and import cargo for PIA’s wide-bodied flights at London Heathrow, Birmingham and Manchester, connecting customers in the UK with Islamabad, Karachi and Lahore.
