Boeing should replace 777 not 737: Analyst
Boeing’s top priority should be replacing its 777 widebody jet, not the 737 narrowbody, according to J.P. Morgan analyst Joseph Nadol who warned that Airbus’s new A350XWB widebody family, which is scheduled to enter service in 2015, already is eating into 777 sales. Changi Airport sees ongoing growth
Cargo movements at Singapore Changi Airport in May totalled 153,098 tonnes, an increase of 14.7 per cent on the same month last year. For the Jan-May period, airfreight movements were up 17.3 per cent to 728,794 tonnes. Aircraft movements rose 12.4 per cent, taking the number for May to 22,151 and the total for the five months to 106,177, up 9.6 per cent. Asiana to start Atlanta freighter service
Asiana Airlines Will Provide the Airport's 14th All-Cargo Asiana Airlines will join Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport's growing list of all-cargo carriers starting 13 September, the airport announced recently.
