Korean Air has announced it will add two non-stop services to China from Incheon International Airport in Seoul, beginning 27 May. This will bring Korean Air's services between Incheon International Airport, Seoul, and Xi’an, a western city in China to five flights per week using a Boeing 737-800 aircraft. Korean Air reports net loss
Korean Air reported a full-year 2008 net loss of KRW1.96 trillion (US$1.4 billion), reversed from a net profit of KRW11.1 billion in 2007, citing the weak won as the biggest contributor to the heavy decline. Delta Air Lines Inc has announced its departure from its US cargo joint venture with Air France-KLM and Korean Air as of January.
