LOT Cargo has signed a cooperation agreement with Japanese Airlines Cargo (JAL Cargo) opening up new cargo opportunities between Tokyo and Warsaw for both carriers. As part of the deal, JAL Cargo will be responsible for selling cargo space on LOT’s B787 Dreamliners and for handling aircraft at Tokyo’s Narita International Airport on the carrier’s three times weekly Warsaw – Tokyo route, which will begin from January 2016. AF-KLM inks cargo partnership with China Southern
Air France-KLM-Martinair Cargo and China Southern Cargo have signed an expansive cargo domain agreement aimed giving each other access to their respective complementary networks. Malaysia Airlines Bhd to operate new A350-900s
The recently-relaunched Malaysian national carrier that was rebranded from Malaysia Airlines System (MAS) to Malaysia Airlines Berhard (MAB), has signed a contract with US-based Air Lease Corporation (ALC) for the long-term lease of four new A350-900s. Engine fire forces BA 777 to abort take off
A British Airways aircraft engine caught fire in Las Vegas as it was about to take off for London, Gatwick Tuesday night (US west coast time), forcing all 172 passengers and crew to escape down emergency slides as smoke and flames engulfed the aircraft.
