Virgin Atlantic Cargo has reported revenues of £221 million (US$326 million) for 2014, reflecting another year of resilience in a fluctuating global air cargo market that saw yields decline for the third year in a row. IAG Cargo has announced its 2014 full year results, reporting commercial revenue (flown revenue plus fuel surcharges) of €992 million (approximately US$1.11 billion) over the period from 1 January to 31 December 2014, a decrease of 7.5 per cent on 2013. JAL's profit drops despite strong cargo revenue
Japan Airlines (JAL) reported a 3.1 per cent YoY drop in group net profit for the first three quarters of fiscal 2014, to 119.684 billion yen (US$1.01 billion), despite a nearly double-digit rise in international cargo revenue.
