Shanghai Pudong Int’l Airport Cargo Terminal Co., Ltd. (PACTL) set a new record for freight volumes in 2015, achieving overall tonnage growth of 6.47 per cent year-on-year, having processed nearly 1.6 million tonnes of air freight. Shanghai Pudong Int’l Airport Cargo Terminal Co., Ltd. (PACTL) has achieved tonnage growth of 10.9 per cent year-on-year, handling 762,104 tonnes of air freight during the first half of 2015, making it the strongest result for the first six months of any year in the company’s history. Avient MD-11 freighter crashes killing three
A Zimbabwe-registered MD-11 freighter belonging to UK-based Avient Aviation crashed in flames on takeoff from Shanghai Pudong International Airport early Saturday morning, killing three crew members, and wounding four others, including one who remains in serious condition.
