Aeronautical Engineers, Inc. (AEI) has announced that Aviation Capital Group (ACG) has placed an order for 15 B737-800SF conversions with options for an additional 15 freighters. AEI will commence the conformity B737-800SF modification in 2016 and expects to receive FAA Supplemental Type Certification in 2017. Boeing and Cathay Pacific Airways celebrated the delivery of the airline's 70th 777 aircraft – also the last and 53rd 777-300ER of its confirmed orders – that has made Cathay Asia's largest operator of the B777 fleet.
