Qatar Airways Cargo has welcomed the seventh A330F and first B747F nose loader aircraft to its fleet at its home base in Hamad International Airport, Doha. PAL confirms looking to buy dozen B787s or A350s
Philippine Airlines (PAL) has confirmed it is in talks with Airbus and Boeing to buy as many as 12 wide-body aircraft and will decide on the purchase before the end of the year, the flag carrier's president Jaime Bautista told Reuters, recently. EVA Airways has finalised an historic order for up to 24 B787-10 Dreamliners and two B777-300ER aircraft. The order, valued at more than US$8 billion at current list prices, marks the largest single commercial airplane purchase in Taiwan aviation. Airbus begins construction of first A350-1000 fuselage
Airbus factories are preparing the first fuselage structures for the new A350-1000. Following the recent delivery of the A350-1000’s first forward fuselage by the Airbus Group subsidiary Premium Aerotec (in Nordenham, Germany), to Airbus’ Hamburg plant for systems installation, the section was subsequently delivered to Airbus Saint-Nazaire plant to be mated with the cockpit fuselage panels (from Aerolia).
